How does your drop-off service work?
We are using a secure Elephant-trunk drop-box placed at the entrance of our Renfrew location. Drop-offs can be made at any time, even after hours and including weekends. When you fill out the pant hemming form online, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. We ask that you insert a small piece of paper with your full name and the order number written on it inside of a plastic bag containing your pants or jeans.
Do you provide International delivery?
Not at the moment, although we are considering it in the future!
How can I contact your couriers?
Our main courier partner is Canada Post. Please use their customer service number or live chat at canadapost.ca in order to get help with your item(s) during transit.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent to you containing the tracking number for your item when it ships.
What are your delivery options?
Currently we offer standard shipping services. Xpresspost may be added later depending on delivery capacity.
What happens if my event is changed or cancelled due to Covid?
We are committed to excellent customer service and we will find the best solution for you, including a full refund when needed on rental suits or unaltered dresses. If the cancellation is less than 7 days before the scheduled event, we may retain a small fee to cover our shipping costs.
